2008 Holiday Online Auction Raises $12,000 Having run two successful online auctions in the past two years, we opted once again to go online to raise funds for our programs. The MetroWest Legal Services “2008 Holiday Online Auction”, held December 1 - 12, generated $12,000. With a catalog of over 80 items ranging from a day sail up the Marblehead coast to a custom-built dog house, the auction offered an array of unique and useful holiday gifts. While not our all-time record, the revenue raised will provide additional funding to support our existing programs. We are extremely grateful to our underwriter, the Peter Condakes Company, and our sponsor, Doherty, Ciechanowski, Dugan & Cannon, PC, for their financial support. Thanks too, to our catalog item donors, without whom there would be no auction, and the 88 auction participants who made it happen. You are all a vital part of our continuing efforts to provide access to justice for all individuals and families.
